The Reebok CrossFit Games is now upon us. Most members of the gym have now registered for The Reebok CrossFit Game swhich is great to see. This is the chance for you to see if you can be crowned The Fittest On Earth This is a great opportunity to pit yourself against the rest of the world and see where you sit. So get amongst it.
Further Details regarding how the The Reebok CrossFit Games WODs will be validated will be released shortly. If you CrossFit In Ipswich , CrossFit Ipswich will be opening two seperate times per week across the five weeks for validation of the CrossFit Games Open WOD
There will be a Authorised Coach who will overseas this practice. And you will be required to have a counter per athlete if you require validation.
