What an awesome finish to the week. Today we rest. Jack will be heading on a Long Slow Distance run this afternoon some time. Feel free to tag along, about 12km I think.
If not REST UP. Hit a mobility WOD, spend half hour stretching after a hot shower. Replenish your water and get some good food into you. For Monday we start again.

Friendly reminder if you are late for the session, REMEMBER it is a 2km row and 50 burpees to buy back into the session, and start from where ever we are. So everyone knows now.
